The city council is composed of representatives chosen from among the 10 largest (in terms of per capita taxes paid) megacorporations actions established in the city.

History : a planned urban community founded in 1994 by the late entrepreneur Richard Alix Night (1954 - 1998). Built on top of the Del Coronado Bay (dredged the current scope in 1999) overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Night City is one of the modern city of the twenty-first century. The wide streets and skyscrapers are home to hyper over one million inhabitants, with another four and a half million citizens living in the areas of Westbrook, North Oak, Heywood, Pacifica, South City and Rancho Coronado night.
